My Training Passport provides a complete solution for tracking, managing and confirming training and qualifications through the use of an identity card linked to a web based application.

My client was building this business from scratch so we had the opportunity to create the exact solution he required. The front end of the website is a fairly standard set of sales and information pages, all fully editable through my own content management software. But the main bulk of the work was to build the bespoke back-end system to allow the client’s clients to manage their staff’s training and qualifications.

The website controls all aspects of the operation including the production of the identity cards. This keeps all of the information centralised within the web app so any updates are instantly reflected across all parts of the system. The software also produces digital ID cards using Apple’s Passcard system. These can be downloaded or emailed directly to end customers to verify training, etc.
